THE SAMPLER
What is the SoliVana Sampler?
Four experiences: a 45-minute Mini Float, a 45-minute Fire & Ice Solo, 60 minutes of Halotherapy and 60 minutes of Pressotherapy. It is the easiest way to discover what your body responds to.
Do Sampler credits expire?
No. Your four Sampler credits never expire.
How do I book my Sampler experiences?
You buy the four credits first, then book each experience whenever it suits you, one at a time and in any order. Book online at solivanaspa.floathelm.com/booking, or call or text 650-564-4325.
What comes after the Sampler?
When you are ready to make it monthly, The Start is $145 a month for one Core and one Signature experience, and The Pause is $180 a month for two Core experiences. Both include a monthly Body Composition Scan and unlimited Vibration Plate sessions, with credits that roll over for 90 days.

What is SoliVana Wellness Lab?
A private wellness sanctuary in Redwood City offering fourteen evidence-informed experiences designed to reset the nervous system, reduce stress, and support recovery.
How do I book?
Book online at solivanaspa.floathelm.com/booking, or call/text us at 650-564-4325. A credit card is required to book. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Experiences, packages, and memberships are all available. You can book a single visit or choose a package for ongoing resets.
How do I choose the right experience?
Start with the SoliVana Sampler to try four favorites, or call/text 650-564-4325 and we’ll recommend the best option for your goals.
Are sessions private?
Yes. There are nine private suites, and every experience happens behind a door of your own. You are never placed with strangers, and you never share a room with anyone you did not arrive with.
Can I set the temperature and the lighting?
Yes. The temperature, the lighting, how long you stay in and when you come out are all yours to decide. Nothing runs to a schedule you did not choose.
Will someone be with me during my experience?
Your room is set before you arrive, and a member of our team is on the floor the whole time. You will see them when you want them, and not before.
Do you provide towels?
Yes. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You do not need to bring anything.
Do you have a hair dryer?
Yes, we have a hair dryer you can use.
Do you provide lotions?
No, we do not provide body or face lotions, but we have samples in our store you can try.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday – Saturday, 11:00am – 8:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. There are four membership tiers, The Start, The Pause, The Reset, and The Practice, each designed to make a regular wellness ritual easier to keep.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Many clients successfully use HSA/FSA cards for our services. We recommend checking with your plan administrator, as coverage varies by provider.
Is there parking?
Yes. We offer free street parking and nearby lots.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, gift cards are available in denominations from $100 to $500 and never expire.
